A Class Bookkeeping was founded by Allison Joyce in 2004. Allison had worked in both public practice and commerce as an Undergraduate Accountant and a Bookkeeper. She experienced first hand the damage an in-experienced bookkeeper can do to a business. Allison was studying Accounting at the time and was motivated to do something to improve the current state of the bookkeeping industry.

A Class Bookkeeping has grown from one full time staff member to three full time staff members and is continually increasing its client base.
